ii Films Ministries, Inc is excited to announce that the movie My 7 Grandmas is coming soon!  This is the first movie under the ii Films Ministries banner.

WHAT IS MY 7 GRANDMAS ABOUT?

​

Gigi, an atheist teenager (Kate Larson), is forced to move from California to Minnesota with her mother (Candace Kirkpatrick) to help take care of her aging Grandfather (Jeff Allen) when his life spirals out of control after Grandma's death.  Gigi is miserable and desperately wants to get back to California.  She comes up with a plan when she meets seven old ladies: if she can get one of them to marry Grandpa, they can take care of Grandpa and she can move back.  Plans are thwarted when she finds out that none of them will be interested in him if he is not a man of faith.  So now the plan is - with the help of the local pastor (Dariush Moslemi) - convert Grandpa to Christianity, get one of the old ladies to marry Grandpa then back to California.  How hard could that be?

HOW ARE YOU FUNDING THE PROJECT?

For donations of $400 or more – Get a copy of the DVD, your name in the end credits of the movie, and an invitation to a premiere of the film (probably in Minnesota).

A legacy donor is someone that wants to leave a legacy, a mark on the Christian film world now and into the future.  By donating $5,000 or more, you will get your name in the credits of every film that ii Films Ministries, Inc. produces.  Your name will be there as this movie spreads across the world and continues to have an effect on people's faith long after we are gone.

The producers that brought you the award-winning, family-friendly, faith-based films, The Current, Miles Between Us, and Treasure Lies have started a non-profit, 501(c)(3)-approved organization to continue the mission of bringing positive messages of hope, healing, life, and right and wrong to a broken society. We want to share faith, the goodness and grace of God, the value of family and positive relationships, and Biblical values. At ii Films Ministries, our overarching goal is to point people to Christ. Another part of what we want to do, with each project, is to build a supportive and God-honoring community where each person can contribute, but also develop their skills, get experience, and build on that moving forward. We really want to help creative people use their God-given talents for His glory and hopefully, they will go on to other future projects of their own, and to help train others in the Christian film community. I love the analogy I once heard a speaker use of a man holding an acorn and asking another man what he sees. The man answers with what he feels is future-minded thinking. "I see an oak tree" he declares proudly. The first man eyes the same acorn and says "I see a forest". We at ii Films Ministries have a vision for the forest - a multitude of Christian filmmakers excited to make films that honor Christ.
